• Publish, transmit, and display your User Content in connection with the Service
• Distribute your User Content to other users as part of the Service

Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
• Your User Content does not contain malicious or harmful code

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

4. Marketplace Terms

Listing Automations

When listing automation scripts on the marketplace:

• You must provide accurate descriptions and documentation
• You must not misrepresent the functionality or capabilities
• You must disclose any third-party dependencies or requirements
• You must not include hidden or undisclosed functionality

Transactions

For paid automations:

• All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers
• We take a platform fee from each transaction (currently 20%)
• Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of automateus.dev and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
• DAMAGES RELATED TO USER CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless automateus.dev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Request by law enforcement or government agency
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
